You have to show him your interest .I mean try to talk to him sometimes about anything and while talking to him ,smile and look into his eyes like you're very interested in his opinions .Make excuses to get close to him and ask him questions to make him think that you count on him as a mature man ...i think he will get the hint ..but try not to make him feel that you're pushy or silly ,show your real self and sometimes try to show off to have his attention ..i wish you good luck!

awh, you should have given us more info! But anyhoo...k if he's someone you frequently talk to,its a good start and you can work from there...start flirting really really gently (don't go buy him a bunch of roses and hand him the keys to your room!) Smiling at him will be the 1st and best way to get his attention! If you havent spoken to him at all yet...get someone you trust not to mess it up and let them hint to him that you kinda sorta maybe have a crush on him! Believe me, guys love to hear who's thinking about them and about what! BUT make sure you start of on cruise control!

Talk to him. And while talking reach out and touch him on the arm or shoulder. Tell him he has got a little something on his face and then get it off for him. Smile alot. Laugh alot. Turn on your eyes. Offer him help at doing what ever it is he is doing while your around him. If nothing else works just work up some confiedence and tell him you like him.
