Uhm honey, when a guy stares at you its not usually a problem...you usually stare back! Thats when the excitement unfolds and you start enjoying! The next time you catch him checking you out,give him a friendly ''hi''! And you'll be able to judge from then on how to handle him! Stalker or flirt!

He probably likes you. Of course there are times a boy would starred at you if he doesn't like you. My guess, is he likes you and want to get to know you and don't know how.
