exercise, there are many that if done in repetitions, will work certain muscles, some of them are very simple,,,,, what you are going for is sets of say 50,,,, of knee bends, leg lifts, arm movements (circles, holding arms in one position,,,, etc) you should be able to find some on the internet,,,,

Eat right and a lot of exercise. Your body mass weighs enough to promote muscle town.. AS my neighbor would call it a lean two... protein can help build muscle but you must stay energetic and active

One of the best ways to build muscles is swimming. It exercises your whole body, and gives you great muscles, especially in the chest area.

My brother is a personal trainer. He told my husband to do these things: Boxing with a bag! Really builds your upper body! Otherwise: running, push ups and pull ups.

Erm, muscle build powders i guess, but just buy some weights, it's easier, and safer, anything could be in those 'SUPER-FANTASTIC' muscle building powders.

You can excercise by doing things like push-ups and sit-ups everyday. ( at least 50 a day) It will help over time, but you have to do it everyday!
