I would seriously consider talking to a professional mental health counselor. (psychologist, psychiatrist, etc). If you are in school, this may be available to you free, otherwise, a local county service may have cheaper rates also if money is an issue. A private practice may run $150/session, but if one has the money, they are usually well worth it.
Anyhow, talk to someone like this who is able to deal with your problem effectively. Your feelings are perfectly normal, you just need to find a way to deal with this and get beyond it. Reading books @ the library may help also, and this is free.
Have patience, you will find help and move past this.

Ok to start with; the fact that she is your cousin is NOT the main issue here. It is her age that matters. Doing sexual things with a cousin is not illegal. Now it sounds like she instigated it and even tho she was only 11 years old, I think she knew what she was doing. So don't feel too bad to begin with. BUT she is under 16 no matter how old she acts/how good she is at sexual activities. You cant get an erection because you are thinking of your cousin and you are feeling guilty. Know that it was experimentation with your cousin and try to move on. But if this keeps happening with other girls, give yourself a break and give attempting sex a break for a while til you sort out your head. And if your cousin means so much to you as it sounds like she does, wait until she is 16 years old before doing anything sexual with her again.

You definitely cannot go on with your cousin, the sooner you stop the better. I say what you need to do is try and take a break for a while, I would try and find someone that means something to you and when you do it should fall into place.
