snowed earlier, cool about -10 centigrade. Parking lot is frozen and people were noisy revving motors trying to get out this morning. northern Alberta

Depends on where you're at.

Here in this West African country that I'm in, it is sunny,very warm, breezy and quite dry with the Harmattans blowing, temp about 80f.
