Airborne. It's best to take it at the first sign of a cold, but will help at anytime. If you work in an environment where the cold germ is pretty common, it's wise to take it daily. As a teacher many of us take 1/2 tablet daily to help keep the cold away.
You can find Airborne at many stores, including Fred Meyer and Walmart.

Drinking a glass of orange juice and taking a mutiple vitamin everyday works wonders in not contracting a cold at all. If around other people that do have a cold, make sure you wash your hands often.

take alot of vitamin c and fluids. sleep and rest. stay home if possible. drink tea and eat soup, it's good for the adenoids. there are also zinc lozenges and zicam spray that supposedly shorten a cold. overall REST AND DESTRESS! stay away from stupid people and let your body heal itself.

Don't drink anything that has sugar or any milk products. eat only veggies and soup. Your body will be able to recoup so much faster.
