From its earliest days, the Church annually celebrated the anniversary of Jesus' resurrection, often calling the holiday the Christian Passover. (The Greek name for Passover was Pasch; Easter is an English word.)
Even while the apostles were alive, Christians moved their day of worship to Sunday because Christ had risen from the grave on the first day of the week. Christians were often baptized at Easter.
Short answer: go to Mass.

Christian Churches do not obey this commandment. I think you can find out why in the 381AD Council of Constantinople. The sabbath is Saturday, and the Christians decided to quit following this Jewish tradition. Thus, they moved the day of worship to Sunday--I'm not sure what implications this was supposed to have on the day of rest, if it just changed it, or did away with it all together. Regardless, each religion has a day of worship: Jews worship at the Temple on Saturdays and Christians worship with their churces on Sundays. Whether this is hypocritical or blasphemous of early Christians is for you to decide.

Colossians 2:16,17 writes to not let anyone judge Christians in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an Holiday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbaths days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
It commands us to rest on the Sabbaths. When a person is born of God, they enter into the rest in Christ. Because when one is spiritually reborn, one is restored in relationship with Father God through Christ Jesus 24/7. Jesus fulfills the Sabbaths also.
To fulfill the Sabbaths is to abide in Christ and His Word & rest in Him.

The special manner is set out in Alfred 32:16:
"The faithful who will worship on the sabbath shall be so blessed by the Lord and they shall be anointed with fine oils and rubbed with fish and they shall slapped with hot sandals and their hair shall be removed for the manufacture of wig products."

In the book of Hebrews Jesus is called the "Sabbath" for we who have accepted him as our personal Savior have entered into that rest. We worship, by our being in Christ, we live our lives as holy individuals as such we worship God by the way we live proving to the world that we worship the One True God. Our worship of God is very serious business with God, and we need to work it out with fear and trembling. There is no measurement on our ability to grow in this aspect of our worship for it is eternal in experiencing God!

Partly it depends on the church.
But there are some commonalities. Most say you must attend some sort of worship service on that day.
Many require that you desist from all day-to-day labors (like your normal paying job) for that day.
Some require that the whole day be spent in prayer, Bible-reading, hymn-singing and other specifically religious practices.
But they all agree that the day is special and should be observed as such.

One day in seven is sufficient.
Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Exo 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

It doesn't.
It violates this commandment, among others.
In their own Scripture, it says that if Heaven or earth pass away, so too will G-d's Word.
Yet they continue to violate It & change it to conform to their ways, instead of allowing It to conform their hearts.
