Here's a site idenitfying different sites in the U.S. but unfortunately not Seattle. I am sure there are Spanish hairdressers around the city. You might so well by calling one, introducing yourself and asking them for direction in what you're looking for. Dominican Salons are rare on the U.S. and most popular on the east coast where the dominican populations are the greatest.
