What would you do when your boyfriend lied?

i was so upset when i found out my boyfriend lied about what program he's studying.Initially he told me he did mech engineering(he used to do this course but he stopped),then i found out(after i forced him to tell me everythg cuz i could feel somethg's no right) that he's actually doing IT.I asked why, he said he was too scared to tell me the truth after i kept on repeating how i hate liars.His reason was that he's the kind tht doesnt tell every single truth to persons he barely knows.And only aftr 4mnths in relationship everythg is revealed.He planned to tell me when i get back to my homecountry in 2months which maybe will make me angrier.He also didnt tell me that he's having hair problem(hairloss and bald i assume). Many times i asked him to take off his cap but he refused to. Even tho he has apologised, i still felt i was being lied to. He was not being truthful even tho he had the intention of telling me soon.WHAT am i supposed to do?

The poor guy is probably afraid to tell you anything for fear that you will bash him and go off.

Demand respect and honesty. If you don't have it in a relationship I'm afraid your doomed. He needs to be more open with you. Are you the type that flips out when you hear something you don't like? Be patient and understanding with him when he does try to put his feelings out there. As far as the hair problem. He probably feels very insecure. How would you feel if your hair was falling out? Reassure him you love him no matter what. Even if he does go bald.

It is obvious that you want more from the relationship than he is ready or willing to give and the more you push, the more he is going to back away and lie to you for fear of your reaction (either you are coming across to strong or he is a wuss). It sounds like it is time for you both to take a breather and start seeing other people that you are both more compatible with.
