I heard green tea was good for losing weight & speeding up your metabolism is this true??
I am also trying to lose at least 40lbs i have been working on this since August but so far i've only loss 5lbs could u tell me some Diet pills i can take to help me out right now i have a diet pill call ErgoLean MC i want to start taking it on the regular to help me out I also have heard Green Tea pills with Hoodia* is also good so could u tell me which one is better.
