Uh, i'm not biologist but i don't believe you can widen your hips. They are bones so they'll always be the distance apart that they are now (well, depending on your age, but if you have finished growing that is).

But you can put weight onto your hips which will make them look wider yes. But unfortunately we can't control where weight goes so if you do try to gain weight you may put some on somewhere else but still have narrow hips.

Also, i didn't think a child wouldn't make your hips grow either. Children don't push out your hips when they are born. At least not last time i checked. People with bigger hips can have children easier but children don't cause bigger hips do they?

Really, i don't think there's a whole lot you can do. Putting on weight will make you curvier though, so that may be your best option if that is the look you want.

The only way other than having a baby that would widen your hips is for you to spend a year doing nothing but sittin on you behind and letting it get huge and fat and then working out really hard to make it go away and even that might not work.

How old are? I was a bean pole most of my life, and I didn't get any kind of shape at all until I was in my 30s. Thank God, I have a shape now!
