I think your BLOOD alcohol is around 70%!!!

I believe you meant decontaminate. It is a good germ killer. It is also a solvent, and stronger solutions have a drying effect on the skin.

By the way. Cheap me has found 90% isopropyl alcohol at the same price as 70%, bought the 90 and cut it down to 70.
