This guy i used to have feelings for was in my dream last night. In the dream we were together. I thought I was over him and hadnt thought about him in months then this. Does this mean I still have feelings for this guy?

No it means you are finally ready to aknoladge his existance again. You don't have to be friends with him, but you have to know he's in the same world as you.

It could be that you still have feelings for him, or it could just be a coincidence that you dreamt about it. I think dreams normally mean something though.
Also, I believe that we never truly "get over" some people. I have a couple of former lovers that I will always love, no matter that I am not with either one of them. I just embrace the good memories I had with them, and the positive changes they had on my life. There are some people that come in an out of our lives that are easily forgettable, yet there are the special ones that have long-lasting effects.

Dreams are funny things. Some people swear every dream means something, others think the mind is just entertaining itself during sleep, using fragments of memory scattered throughout your head. It's possible you still have feelings, but what to do if you do? If you think you have feelings, act on them. Don't let this be a what if or I regret not doing this situation to dwell upon in your later years.

It might mean that you miss what the guy represented to you. Or you memories of the good times you had with him.
I wouldn't take a dream too seriously. If you have feelings for the guy, you'd know it.

No, it doesn't mean that you still have feelings for that guy,but it may mean that you are missing that FEELING you had when you were with him.I've been there, and it wasn't as much the guy I was missing but the way he use to make me feel.
It sounds crazy, but believe me when I say that it may be an option to your dream.Maby your current boyfriend doesn't make you feel that "thing", or you don't have a boyfriend and you're looking for someone to make you feel that again.

Maybe, or you could just hav4e dreamed about him. That happens. But you could also still have feelings for him, thats a phyciatrist question.

I think so. You should call him. If you start hanging out again, you will probably realize you still have feelings for him. I've been in the same situation.

its just a nice dream...if u think u havent see thise guy for months
