I have been with my fiancee for a year now. We started seeing eachother in another state. My daughter and I moved to his hometown with him to continue our relationship. He suffered a huge loss and had to move back to his hometown. We have been here for about 4-5 months now and I stil haven't met the remaining members of his family. His father and 2 brothers have never met me. I'm curious and wonder am I looking to far into this.

His family is not celebrating the holidays I'm assuming because of the loss. His father is an old Greek man and his brothers are all older. I have tried suggesting to go over and told him I wanted to go. The excuse he gives is they are like regular families and they don't feel like meeting anyone new. I know they had a huge loss but I don't see why they wouldn't want to meet me. I keep thinking he is embarrased of me. I dont't think they know we are seriuosly involved and I have a child.

Well, there comes a time when you HAVE to meet them. Either your fiance is nervous or it just hasn't happened yet. Maybe ask him if you can meet them, seeing as you should do it before the wedding.
