Keep your feet clean and/or use odor eaters.

I had that problem once, even though I shower daily, power my feet, clean socks.
This almost sounds silly, but I started taking a daily multi-vitamin, and the problem cleared up within a couple of days on its own. When the problem starts to come back, I make a point to start taking the vitamins again, and it stops again within a couple of days. Apparently there is some trace something-or-other that I am missing in my normal eating habits that causes the problem.

Shower and scrub your feet every day, use a pumice stone to help get rid of dead skin, apply baby powder to your feet to help keep them dry (not a lot, just a tiny bit), wear clean socks, sprinkle baby powder in your shoes (again, not a lot, you don't want to smell like baby powder), make sure that if your feet get wet you take your shoes off ASAP and let them dry completely before putting them back on.

Make sure your feet, socks and shoes are as clean as can be. Sprinkle lots of babypower in your shoes before you put them on. Voila, no foot odor. Don't wear dirty socks or buy Payless Shoes, more specifically, synthetic materials that don't breathe.

go to the doctor and make sure its not a foot fungus (nothing nasty about it-it happens sometimes) if that isnt the case try using gold bond foot powder and not only cover your feet but the inside of your shoes.get any powder with a deodorizer and make sure to get it between your toes where the sweat gets stuck
