I have an aunt that has been blind for 8 years.
Not to be gross, but we all know that wiping with dry toilet paper sometimes takes more than one wipe. She uses unscented baby wipes or those flusable wet ones after wiping with toilet paper.

They lost their sight not the feeling in their hands. How do you know you have wiped yourself enough after going to the bathroom? Unless your super flexible and make a habit out of bending down and around to look, then I guess the same way you do. Not to be rude or anything.

Blind or not, for years I have used more than toilet paper in such a situation. In other words, use the toilet paper to get rid of the excess dirt, and then use the wet wipes to wash yourself thoroughly in that area, to make sure the area is clean and to prevent itching and irritation later on.
