Well, let's see........a month being 30 days......30 Sundays.....7 days a week......that's 210 days. It just means it would take something a long time that shouldn't take very long at all. "It's gonna take me a month of Sundays to clean this room!"

Its an expression to describe something being very unlikely to happen because there is no such thing as a month of Sundays. For example " She would never do her own washing, lazy cow, NOT IN A MONTH OF SUNDAYS"
