You have to travel to France, and find a recruiting station. It says on their main site. Unfortunately they will not pay for your flight there, or on the return if you do not make it. Remember if you make it you have to serve 5 years for the French. Here are where you can get recruited:

and they might help, but It would be better to go to France
and ask at a recruiting station.
