I'm present in my children's school quite a bit and yes, it can be helpful for everyone involved - you, the teacher, and the child. Often I've been able to pick up on a "key" or insight on my child that the teacher can't because she or he has to work with so many different kids all day long.

When my kids were in school I was in each of their four classrooms at least once a week. Mostly more than that volunteering to help with papers and make copies, cut stuff out. It really helps a lot to see how your child is doing, and if the classwork is appropriate.
Definitely plan on going in a few times, at different times of the day. It might take a few visits just for your child to get used to it, and then you can truly observe what's going on. I suggest different times of the day because she have instigation by different causes throughout the day. Lunch might wire her up and she needs extra help then, or maybe math is too slow for her, etc. Good luck

I would visit every once in awhile...sometimes it was a big help..other times my son would be distracted by my being there. The teacher needs to be the one who keeps her on her tasks...If your daughter is bored with the work..maybe it's too easy for her...or she's having a problem because it's too hard. But YOU walking into the class will do one of two things..either distract her from her work more..which won't help pinpoint the problem OR she'll act different and stay on track...

I have visited my kids classes but I find I am more of a distraction then anything. Besides a lot of kids act up when there are suddenly two authority figures when there used to be only one in a area. I don't know any children that don't have trouble staying on task. I don't know how old your child is but if the teacher really wants your insight go for it. Either she will find you helpful or discover the other things that I have pointed out. :)

there's no explanation for a parent to not be allowed interior the college room with in reason. extremely it extremely is an incredible help to the instructor in case your newborn is inflicting difficulty. As for the coverage, mothers and fathers could be allowed interior the college, yet they could provide observe. in any different case, a instructor could be dealing with ten mothers and fathers in a lecture room. which could in simple terms be a distraction.

I have, but mainly just to be as involved as I can with my son and his education. Be careful not to add distraction when you are there... she may act different while you are observing. Good luck.
