What type of diet should i go on that works fast and effectively..

its not that im really fat or anything i just need a diet to help me lose 5-10lbs in a week or two....

go to lowcarbfriends.org and check out this board...I am currently following the Meat and eggs diet. This is very low carb and you get results really fast. Also you must exercise!

Honestly, the best diet is simply eating good foods, reducing fat and carbs, no alcohol or very little, no smoking!!! In addition to a healthy diet exercise is very important! Just power walk at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes and really mean it, you'll see your weight drop fast.

Everyone has different diet needs, so there is no "best diet". Look at your own lifestyle and eating habits and see where you need to change. Add healthier options instead of junk food, watch your portions and include exercises( 30-60 min 3-5x a week) as part of your life.

I don't suggest you try to lose weight fast. Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar

dont go on a diet you idiot just dont eat to many fatty foods and go to the gym and do an hour of cardio you'll build your endurance and lose a couple pounds
