My dad is very strict and doesn't let me go to sleepovers. He doesn't "believe in them". How do I show him that sleepovers aren't stupid and how do I make him start believing in them without him getting mad at me?

Why dont you have a sleepover at your house?

That way he'd have a first hand view at what happens at sleepovers. And invite friends who's parents he knows, that way he'll feel comfortable letting you attend other sleepovers at their houses.

All the best

Your best bet is to let him get to know the parents.
One of my daughter's friends was allowed to sleepover at our house, but not other people's houses. I'm not sure, but I think it was partly because there were no men or boys here.
As you get older, he may be more flexible too.
