Hi, if they are already frozen you are suppose to cook everything that is frozen from frozen anyway for best results it says on the back of the pack. So its ok for you to put them in the oven. Just check on them now and again and wait till they go brown and are piping hot all the way through.

personally i'd not advise it, i usually defrost mine in the microwave first then cook then in the oven. You can buy frozen sausages from the supermarket and cook them ones from frozen but they might be more artificial than the fresh sausages you buy, which makes them ok to cook from frozen.
If you have a microwave then defrost 'em first, better to be safe than end up with food poisoning.

Yes, it just takes longer. Here is a quick defrost method. Use a ziplock bag for the meat, seal and get a large bowl(preferable a metal pot) of cold water and submerge for about 30 minutes depending on the amount.

Yes you can ... I usually put a little water in the dish ... then once they have started cooking, drain the water off. It gets rid of a lot of extra fat this way too!!

If you boil them in water for a couple of minutes first , just to start the cooking process. I always cook my sausages this way first before roasting them.(I do normally defrost them first but it still works)
