A cop as you put it, won't tell you to stop for NO reason. Maybe you should have an open mind and you would discover why they told you to stop

Yes. If a cop tells you to stop do it. He could be trying to save you from a bad situation...

In our state not stopping when requested can constitute 'fleeing, resisting' or 'obstructing justice.'

You MUST submit to authority.

My suggestion would be to stop.As trigger happy as some can be it would be the safe move.Unless of course you are wanted for something.If that the case run.
