It's never been a case of man over machines, nor the reverse. It's man AND machines. Not having minds of their own, machines can only do what men design them to do, and when things don't happen as planned, it's just one more proof of GIGO, or "garbage in, garbage out"! If something stupid happens during the operation of the machine, it isn't the machine that's stupid...
