Only if a family member who's unable to care for himself needs escorted in and nobody else, Christian, is available to do the deed. Outside of that, or using the church as some kind of makeshift hospital to care for wounded or the ill... NOTHING.

Attending Church is part of what God wants from us. To assemble together to praise and worhship Him.
Numbers 10:3 And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
If we don't learn what God expects from us by our studying His word in the bible, all of our claiming to be christians is all for nothing if we don't obey Him and do His will.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
To rightly divide-From a compound of G3717 and the base of G5114; to make a straight cut, that is, (figuratively) to dissect (expound) correctly (the divine message): - rightly divide.
This means to fully understand God's word and not leave it to our personal interpretation, which is what most people tend to do.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

If I wanted to be around others of the same faith. There is more spiritual support at a church.

If they put prostitutes in the confessional booths and someone at church had the human decency to spike the lemonade with Everclear.
