You need to go to a doctor to get a proper diagnosis!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's hard to guess which part of the leg you mean. but i'll give you an answer. if the pain is mainly in the calves when you exercise, especially going uphill. then the reason will almost certainly be athersclerosis. or hardening of the arteries. if that's the case you would have to see a doctor to have the condition checked out, if this reason isn't the one your after i hope someone else will be able to help.
