clear liquors have the least calories and carbs, but all alchohol is made with sugar.

Personally I would stay away from alcohol while you're dieting because it's a depressant, it certainly will not motivate you to exercise more or eat right for that matter.

I workout 5 days a week so I will have a beer maybe once a month, a single beer. But that's me, I'm not a big fan of alcohol. For you I would base it on your level of fitness and the amount of exercise you do weekly.

If you're walking everyday for 30 minutes at your THR burning off 250 calories then use that to determine how much beer you can have. I know light beer has fewer calories in it so stick with that if you must. Vodka on the other hand has no calories but you should drink far less or you will pickle.
