I know that it is not a virus or a spyware, because i scan my computer with kaspersky, nod32, ewido, trend micro antispyware and spybot and they didnt find anything.
It usually happens when i use three or four programs at the same time such as mozilla, windows live messenger, emule and word.
I have 2,13Ghz and 512Mb ram

checking out your computer config. I don't think that there is any reason for such a problem. maybe your RAM or your RAM slots are damaged

if ur scanning with ur anitvirus or antispyware at da .time ur cpu usag will go up when ur not scanning it should go back down 0 to 2 % is fine check out what is running in ur task manager

because you are running four programs at the same time with a 2.13 ghz cpu. but technically it shouldnt use 100%. show it to a computer expert.

it means your CPU is running at full capacity, with all the programs working at the same time try not to use so many at once,,, after all you can only use one at a time... your human

see the taskmanager and find which programs are using most of your processor's usage. if it is an unwanted process then end the process using the same.
