the ONLY way to do it and keep it off is reducing your calorie intake, eating healthy, low-fat foods and exercising at least 4 times a week. if you have a lot to lose, you should really be exercising 7 times a week but that's not possible for some people :) if you work at it, you should see a difference in a week or so but the whole lot will probably be off in a month or two. if you want to crash diet, go ahead, but it's no good for you. losing weight isn't just about changing your 'normal' lifestyle for a while, it's about seeing the benefit of healthy living and sticking to it forever. good luck :)

Cutting down your calorie intake and increasing your exercise is the only way. You don't have to count calories though. Low fat diets work well for many people without all the calculations and without starving yourself.

This all depends on your age, weather or not you want to crash diet or take it sensably,I should think a brisk walk of about 2miles per day would do you a world of good instead of paying out loads of money on diets can't eat this can't eat that
