Check the barrel and receiver. Single shot? If so, model 94 or 9478. If not, post more info. They made a few pumpguns and side by side doubles.

I'd be very surprised if Stevens didn't put the model number on it somewhere. Look closely in the sunlight, as I often find markings I didn't see the first time.
If you find no luck there, go to this website which lists just about everything Stevens ever made. Most of the listings for parts will have a diagram and maybe you can match it up.
Do additional websearches using "Stevens .410" "Stevens shotgun models" etc. etc.

Most guns have the mdl # somewhere on the barrel (sometimes under the forearm which comes off) or on the receiver. Some single-shots have info listed on the part of the barrel that is exposed when you break it down. However, on a lot of older mdls, you may have to look it up in a gun book, like the "Gun Traders Guide", which shows pics of different mdls, and try to determine what mdl it is. A good gun dealer or collector should be able to help you identify the mdl. Good luck.
