Yes-I use them for Bronchitis but they have recently been unobtainable here.......I'm sure because they are abused so bad, but my friend used to use them for weight loss-they damaged her heart so it's just not worth it!Be careful

yep!

Ephedra works best with st. Johns wort. The two work like phenphen - without the harmful side effects of phen phen of course!

Ephedrine is sold as an oral decongestant in Canada, but its also worked as an appertite suppressant!
The trick is to NEVER take more than the recommended dosage!

The pills are super tiny so you might be tempted to exceed the recommended 8mg(1 pill) every 6 hours. DONT DO IT!

I felt just fine when I used it. You have to stop after a week, then continue again.

Trust me! You do not want too much of that stuff in you!

The secrect to weight loss is an increase in your daily citrus, fruits, and vegetables intake!

I hope that answers your question!

Good luck!

I was hooked on it for about 10 years until they yanked it from the market. It was the most effective weight loss supplement out there. It was deadly if not used right and yes it does have side effects. It can be very addictive, it will give you severe anxiety and the jitters. It will greatly increased your heart rate, and it can give you some pretty nasty headaches. But as an extra kick to a workout there was nothing as effective.

I take it to sooth breathing problems, and it works great as an appetite supressant. It give some people the jitters and can make an unhealthy person's heart beat too fast.
