One of our cats had 3 kittens about a year and a half ago now. We got the mother at around 3 weeks pregnant and the normal length of a feline pregnancy is 8 weeks. We saw her stomach moving but our vet had already told us she was pregnant so we knew there were kittens in her. However, the tell tale sign is the moving stomach - which you will see, even if she is a long haired cat.

just watch for the signs, which is a fat belly really, she will want to eat more, so feed her more, she will prolly be more lazy too :) and i am pretty sure a cats gestation period is like 12 to 14 weeks :) Hope this helps!

No it wont injury the kittens in any respect and mom will like it as her abdomen is stretching and itchy and achy.in case you notice she is beginning as much as leak slightly milk get a container waiting ,she would be able to have the babies quickly.

if u look at her belly while she is sleeping and it moves in a kind of like wave or a gentle push up that means she is pregnant.
=] good luck..

She wil get bigger and her stomach will get stiffer, she will start "hiding" in certain hours of the day (she will really be looking for a place to give birth instead of hiding)
