No. Egg whites can give body to hair in styling, and the yolk makes a great conditioner. But they will not highlight. Lemon and lime juice, on the other hand, will subtely highlight hair over time. To use comine lemon or lime juice and water in equal parts. After shampooing and contioning, pour the mixture over your hair and make sure it is all saturated. Do not rinse off. Towel dry and style as usual. Subtle highlights will begin to appear in about a week of daily use.

Um, I don't know about egg but, put lemon juice on your hair and then you go out into the sun. That is what brings out highlights.

Highlighting does not damage your hair. I were getting mine performed for over a three hundred and sixty 5 days now. I also get darker interior the iciness (organic blond). No undesirable studies right here. I have it performed each 2 or 3 months and they continually positioned conditioner in my hair.

NO. STOP. DON'T.
Egg MAY do that, I don't know, but in washing out, if you take a comfortably hot (or even warm) shower, it will cook.
It'd ridiculous I know, but that happened to me.
And while the pictures are hilarious, getting it out is frustrating (especially with everyone laughing and laughing...).
So unless you normally take cold showers, try a shampoo to bring out your highlights, not cake ingrediants.
Good luck :)
