1large Keg equals 9 cases of beer, I would say 1 with your 10 cases would be more than enough with lots left over.

When I was younger I went to a party with 19 kegs for a whole lot more people then that. Kegs are huge. Call your local BD and ask how many beers equal a keg and then you can get a better idea of what you will need.
Also think about it this way, a bar uses kegs of beer. How often do you think they change them?

For 20 people I think 1 Keg is enough maybe 2 if you're really heavy drinkers!! Do you know how many beers are in a keg?!?!?!

Yes, that way you miss Christmas by being passed out and hopefully you recover in time to do it all over again on New Year's Eve.

I guess it depends on how large each individual is. I mean if everyone weights in at 800 lbs, they could probably consume all of that and then some before a buzz even happens.

Only if half of them are non drinking designated drivers.
Doesn't sound like you know how to really throw a party :)
