Some clutch fluid came out of the top of my stick shift and coincidently shifting gears has become very difficult.

you need to top it back off again,,it may need bleeding also,,it may have gotten some air in it and if it did it will cause it to be hard to shift and this will be harder on the clutch,,good luck.

Open the hood back on the fire wall [behind engine] is two fluid reservior one is for brakes the other one is for your clutch.I thing that you can use the same fluid in both.If you got a Auto Zone parts store they will show you,or check the owners manul.

Remove the small round black cap from the slave cylinder reservoir and check the level of the fluid. It is mounted on the firewall in front of the driver position.

raise the hood, looking at the motor. in the far right hand corner of the engine compartmebt is the slave cylinder. if you have fluid coming from your transmission then u have bigger problems than this
