its frizzy and kind of hard it used to be silky and soft is there anty think i can do like a hot oil treatment how long does that last will it akways be like this HELP

i cant help laughing out loud at the first guy answer.
but seriously,u have damaged hair now.go for treatment which does not use any harmful chemicals.dun shampoo ur hair daily and make it dry.if ure worried and wealthy visit a hair specialist.
do not do highlights or another alternative is u can completely ignore n go since my hair is damaged i continue dying it yeah?

this is y people should never dye there hair! 60% of the time it comes out looking like crap and permanently damaging ur hair. dove has some good therapy products, but it wont be the same as ur original hair.
