dont skip meals just have alot of little meals insted of 3 huge ones

hi. exercising consistently is the best proven method of losing weight. Even daily 30 min brisk walk is useful. dieting is not effective in long run and drugs may be harmful.

You should monitor the type of food you eat - less fatty food. And exercise your body.
