My dog, just a few hours ago, had only one puppy.
That`s it.. she`s still shaking and stuff, but it looks like she will only have one?
Is the labor process longer?
Help! :P

Yes some breeds only have one or two. If she seams to be in any difficulty check with the vet. There could be complications.

Feel of her tummy and see if you can feel any more puppies. If you can then wait a few hours - don't let her go more than two hours between puppies before calling your vet for assistance. If you cannot feel any more puppies then that is all she is having. Yes, it is very normal for a dog to have only one puppy. You may want to take her to the vet tomorrow to make sure that she is doing okay. What kind of dog is she? It is more common in smaller breeds to only have one or two puppies. Good Luck!

The labor process could take much longer, it can last many hours. But it is possible that she will be only haveing one puppy.

What kind of dog is she? I believe it's more common for small dogs to have only 1 or 2 puppies. Best call the vet just to be sure.

Yes they can have just 1... Is she pushing at all? She shouldn't be shaking still unless still in labor. You really need to take her in to the vet ASAP. They will be able to tell if any are still in there with an x-ray and they can give her a shot of oxytocin to bring on contractions and get any pups left, out..
Good luck!

A dog can only have one puppy, however to make sure all is well I recommend getting this dog to a vet. If there are complications you need to find out asap if there are and you don't you could lose your dog.
