There was a seed store on opposite side of Palace movie theatre and Regal restaurant. Byculla Railway Station.
It sold all seeds by all three names, Celery, Scientific name and local name. Pay them a visit and see if they have it or they may be able to get it. Lane next to it goes to Bombay 27DD Post office. They may have moved but stores around it may know, if they have moved. Check with post office, it may have forwarding address.
Try Internet otherwise.

If you want to buy celery, the local vendors call it celery - they know the english word.
If you want to grow it, you don't need seeds. It's normally sold with the roots. Leave one leaf on the roots and plant it - it will grow.

I think I actually know this one.... "OK" came from World War 1. The American Troups had a board where they used to write the number of casualties they had each day. i.e. 0 Killed. A little later, they started using "0 K, short for "zero killed", as a phrase meaning everything had gone all right that day.
