Sharpei - itching skin? Hair falling out. No vet can help me. What do I do?

Has the vet ran a Thyroid test on your dog? My dog had something similiar and it turned out to be a thyroid problem. Which was easy to remedy. I tried all sorts of creams and shampoos. Finally found a vet wise enough to check her thyroid.

Might be an allergic reaction to what he/she had. Try to prepare a list of dog foods that your pet had for the last week including the brand name and quantity, and have your vet check on this list. Good luck.
