I had my works do on friday. I was attracted to the girl behind the bar but we only flirted and i left before i could talk to her ( due to being smashed ). Trouble is she works in a private function room so how would i go about trying to ask this girl out?

Well just write her a note telling her you would like to go out with her and give it to a person that works there and tell them to give it to her. Also if you want just find out what time her shift is over and wait on her and talk to her. Or if you can get special pass from teh manager for you just to go give her a note or to ask what time she's off or if she wants to go out with you. SO go for it.
