My Dad used to love fruit cake at Christmas and I would like to make one for him now that's he has Celiac Disease.

I don't have a recipe, but I'd recommend you visit http://www.glutenfreeforum.com and ask there. There are over 12 thousand registered members and there has to be someone who has a fruitcake recipe or a recommendation for a flour mix that should work.
