Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen. It is very dangerous for your baby if you take either late in pregnancy. That includes not rinsing with either as well. Take acetaminophen (Tylenol) for the pain. Take the smallest amount that you can and still get some relief. Go to see your dentist. It is far worse for you and your developing baby to have an infected tooth in your mouth than to have it dealt with (removed, root canal treated, deep cleaning, etc.) Women with periodontal disease are far more likely to have pre-term labor/delivery and low birth-weight babies than are women with healthy teeth and gums. Heart disease and atherosclerosis have also recently been linked to periodontal disease. I hope this helps. Best of luck for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

Sounds like an abcess, if you're pregnant you should go to the dentist asap, your dentist will probably drain the poison out of it, try not to burst it in the meantime as poison going round your body cant be good for the baby!

an old remedy and has worked for me - gargle some aspirin which should alleviate the pain and swelling but pleaseeeeeeee go and see your doctor/dentist as you dont want to take anything which may harm the baby

Go to the dentist, he/she should know what you can/can't take while you are pregnant. Or if you have any questions about your meds, call you doctor. You need to have it checked out asap.

See your Dr/Dentist as soon as possible. You may have an abcessed tooth which would require antibotics.

go to the dentsit, and see if their is a way to numb the pain, then after you give birth, do the actual process...you might have to get an injection which is why it is better to wait until you give birth.
