Take it from me, if you want a full paragraph translated from English to Arabic, it's best to ask someone directly, instead of using online translators, because they're not accurate.
I speak Arabic, so I can translate whatever paragraph you have.

Try Babelfish translation site. It aint always 100% accurate in its translations but its fair enough.
