I have a roommate that snores quite loudly. i"ve never told him this though and i wonder if he knows about his snoring. My question is if snorers can tell that they snore without anyone telling them. Perhaps im a snorer too but no one has simply told me.

I snore quite loudly due to sleep apnea. I never woke myself or even heard myself, so I only know about it from all the fun my family has at my expense.

I snore and only know it because family has told me.
If your roomie snores loudly, theres usually a reason for it. Air blockage, for one. Maybe he has sleep apnea.
