Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

Well if you are really serious you would need to make a lifestyle change. Not a change until I get to the weight I want because it will all come back plus more. First of all if you drink soda's you need to completely cut them out of your diet. If you must have soda drink diet but in moderation. If you are serious drink water water and more water! Drink juices not that fake stuff the real deal and teas but try to get it unsweet or a diet tea. Now you will need to exercise. If you want to lose 15 pounds in a month you will need to lose 3 pounds a week. Every 3,500 calories you burn you lose 1 pound. Likewise every 3,500 calories you consume you gain 1 pound. So to lose 3 pounds you would need to burn 10,500 calories. If you exercised everday you would need to burn 1,500 calories each day. That's a bit much and you will probably over work yourself. If you are serious though spread the exercise throughout the day. When you do get the your goal weight the key is to burn what you consume and try to eat 1,500-2,000 calories a day on the right foods. Like chicken fish and seafoods are healthy. Like crab legs and lobster but no butter. While you are dieting try to stay away from white foods. Basically breads, rices, potatoes etc. You know the bad carbs. Eat lots of veggies. I'm sure common sense can tell you what foods are good and which are not. Try buying a George Foreman Grill and cook chicken etc on it. It grills it instead of it being fried and all the fat runs out of your meat.

If u have taken 15 years to put on that weight why r u so keen to shed it in one month. A more sensible target wud be 1 pound per week. Eat nutritional food preferably more of fresh fruits and vegetables. Take regular exercise, light ones and go for brisk walks for at least 30 min duration possibly twice a day.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I suppose that that's a fairly unrealistic target, but when you're watching for a brief time period nutrition that's bad for then you definitely both the liquid nutrition or the atkins is well for speedy weight reduction. No topic what you do you ought to burn extra energy than you devour. This entails daily stuff to despite the fact that don't fear! When I went to LA weight reduction that they had a leap begin nutrition and also you needed to devour limitless LEAN proteins & GREEN Vegetables after which house out four oranges an afternoon. But no SALT & eight-10 glasses of water an afternoon! I bet there may be anything within the citrus??? Who is aware of?? Good good fortune despite the fact that!!

Well actually that is possible but VERY VERY unhealthy. The most you should loose is 1-2 pounds a week, so a total of 4-8 pounds in a month. To do it, you need to exercise (remember you need to burn more calories than you eat), reduce the number of calories totally eaten in a day, and lift weights to burn fat.
