I did drive my Italian car in the uk for about 4 years...it's not a problem at all....you just ahve to get used to having the 'wrong' view of the road....

You can drive left hand drive car in UK, but you will have problems when you need to overtake or pull out from behind a lorry or something big, if you are planning on staying for good or for a long time then get a right hand drive car in the UK it is easier to get along with and you will not forget to drive left so easy.

Yes, it's legal. I've shipped 2 LHD vehicles to the UK.

Driving is more difficult, especially overtaking on winding roads as your view of the road ahead is obstructed significantly.

Insurance on LHD vehicles is also somewhat higher.

Personally, I prefer driving a RHD vehicle in the UK. It's cheaper, safer, and just plain easier.

Yes it is legal, it may take a little time to adjust but it shouldn't be a problem. A group of Poles moved into a house in my steet last year and they tell me they didn't have a problem.

Not very practical when overtaking, you cannot see oncoming traffic.
