i receive a very small amount in child for three children and the dad is taking care of three other children that is not his. what can i do to so that my children can recieve the support that they deserve'

the legal aid office; they are in all states and most counties. they go on a sliding scale so they are free to most.

they count both incomes; yours and his.

if you already have a case open with child support division, call your case worker and ask how to get a cost of living increase hearing (or what ever its called there).

Child support is determined by how much your Ex makes and his other expenses (rent or mortgage, transporation etc) so if his financial situation has not changed since the court ordered child support, you won't get any more.

Call the child enforcment place and they should be able to tell you on monday goodluck...and what a jerk!
