You can have whatever you like before bedtime as long as it fits within your calorie count for that day. However, I would not have cookies, candy, donuts, bread, etc. before bedtime.

You shouldn't eat, unless it's 4-5 hours before you go to bed, and sleep. Your body needs to digest everything completely.
=) So no, i wouldn't. Just water.

eating before bedtime should not occur after 8:00 p.m., even if it's simply YOGURT.

it doesn't hurt but try to have it atleast one hour before you sleep
