My dermatologist, prescribed me MELA-D (La Roche-Posay).
A lightening lotion formulated with 2% Hydroquinone to help lighten darkened pigmentation on the skin such as brown or sun spots. Also formulated with lipohydroxy acid to help exfoliate, and a sunscreen, benzophenone, to help prevent the darkened pigmentation from reforming.

I am assuming you meant scars not scares? Any over the counter product but if you are not sure ask the chemists at Boots or your GP for the best advice.

Vitamin E is the vitamin which promotes skin regrowth. Try a cream such as E45 cream it is dermatologically sound and has no perfumes or anything which may irritate your skin and is surprisingly well priced.
